Axial fans HyBlade®

With HyBlade®, an innovative and currently one-of-a-kind hybrid structure, ebm-papst is revolutionising the technology of large axial fans. HyBlade® combines the stability of a high-strength aluminium alloy with the light weight and unlimited mouldability of fibreglass-reinforced plastics. Substantially lighter weight and a fan geometry that can be adapted for optimum aerodynamics lend the fans significant advantages in efficiency and noise behaviour. Centrifugal fans RadiCal

We’ve just become more radical than ever about the switch over to GreenTech EC fans, and we call it RadiCal: the new, backward curved centrifugal series by ebm-papst. In both air-air and air-water heat pumps, these fans, combined with high-efficiency GreenTech EC motors, make a lasting impression with high power density and optimized flow performance, which increase the COP of the heat pump and decrease operating costs. At the same time, the innovative profile of the plastic impellers effectively reduces noise by over 50 %. The compact design allows them to be installed easily into household end products. This is the way of the winners.

Centrifugal fans - Plug Fans

In order to allow high-performance centrifugal fan modules with ebm-papst GreenTech EC technology to be used in our customers’ industrial plants, we have defined and implemented higher corrosion protection systems: robust KTL coating for humid and corrosive industrial environments as well as a hygiene design with powder coating as per DIN 1946 part 4 with screws made of stainless steel for hospitals, pharmaceutical and food industry. All plug fans, including the uncoated standard design, are now available in the extended air performance range of up to 12,000 m3/h at over 1,200 Pa.
