New EC, DC and AC compact centrifugal modules
Quiet, efficient and easy to assemble
ebm-papst Mulfingen recently launched its new compact centrifugal modules in AC, DC and GreenTech EC technology. These comprise tried and tested radial motor impellers with backward curved blades, which have been supplemented by a support structure with an inlet nozzle. This has created a complete "Plug-and-Play" unit. These modules are not only suitable for use in refrigeration counters, in home ventilation systems or for cooling switch cabinets, they also open up many other fields of industrial application.
The fan is supplied as a module with all the necessary connection elements, so the customer benefits in particular from straightforward, simple assembly. There is no need for the user to spend unnecessary time building an assembly construction. The centring of the inlet nozzle to the impeller is pre-set, guaranteeing aerodynamically and acoustically flawless operation. The operating capacitor and plug connector on the connecting line are pre-assembled on AC fans, practically eliminating the possibility of incorrect wiring. The new compact centrifugal modules are replacing the previous used compact axial fans in a ratio of 1:1.
The AC, DC and GreenTech EC compact modules are available in different sizes, either mains-powered or as 24 VDC or 48 VDC versions with 175 mm, 190 mm and 220 mm and 225 mm diameter. On request, an inlet side guard grille is available.
